GRADUATION 251 AIRLANGGA UNIVERSITY

Graduation is an academic procession to release Airlangga University graduates to the community. The series of graduation processions begins with the inauguration of the graduates, the reading of the graduates’ pledge and the presentation of diplomas.

Students who have completed the Final Assignment Exam and fulfilled all graduation requirements can register for graduation through their respective cyber campus accounts. Minimum requirements that must be met * Academic status on cybercampus "Already Graduated" is judicial * Make payment of graduation fees (S2/S3) for D3, D4 and S1 does not need to pay (including UKT) * Have sent a photo of your diploma (Upload an approved independent photo) * Upload/Upload publication abstract * Check personal data: Full name, place & date of birth, NIK (Population Identification Number) are correct.
For students who have completed the Judicial Examination and have completed all the pre-requisites for graduation, they can register for graduation via their respective cybercampus accounts. Minimum requirements that must be met * Academic status at cybercampus is judicial * Make payments for graduation fees (S2/S3) for D3, D4 and S1 does not need to pay (already included in UKT) * Have sent a photo of your diploma (Upload an independent photo that has been approve) * Upload/Upload publication abstracts * Check personal data: Full name, place & date of birth, NIK (Residential Identity Number) is appropriate.
Diploma Photo
One of the administrative requirements before carrying out the academic judiciary/graduation process is that prospective graduates must submit documents/photo files that will be used in issuing diplomas/professional certificates.
Almamater Jacket according to level Men wear black/dark ties. Women who wear the hijab wear plain colors without motifs, no accessories, and anything other than red UPLOAD/UPLOAD INDEPENDENTLY PHOTO FILES
Prospective graduates go to the page: https://lda.pendidikan.unair.ac.id/webfoto/ Fill in your personal data in the application and upload/upload documents/photo files with the following conditions: 1. It is highly recommended that photo files are studio photos with good image quality. 2. Self-photos taken via cell phone or photos edited/engineered (for example: AI generated results, edited photos that are not real bodies) are not permitted. 3. JPEG/JPG file format with a maximum size of 4 MB. 4. Wear an alma mater jacket according to your level, buttons neatly closed, without any accessories/emblems/brooches/pins etc. 5. Half body photo with a red background. 6. It is mandatory to wear a black tie for men and no tie for women. 7. Wear a white and collared shirt/hem and do not wear glasses, accessories, excessive earrings and so on; 8. For women who wear the hijab, use plain colors other than red. 9. Hair is neatly styled, for women hair styling does not cover the UNAIR logo on the alma mater jacket. The Education Directorate team has the right to reject photos collected if they do not meet the above conditions there
